# Buy and activate access

How to buy a Wallet Master plan in Discord, verify your access with the bot, and log in to the Web App, plus what to do if the bot does not respond.

Wallet Master is sold through our Discord server and unlocked with one bot command\. This page takes you from no access to a working Web App login in four steps, and tells you what to check if a step does not go through\.

## Get access in four steps

1. ### Join the Discord server
   Everything starts in Discord: payment, activation and support\. Join the Wallet Master server through the invite in the **Still need help?** card at the bottom of this page, or from the **Help and Support** link if you are already in the Web App\.
2. ### Buy a plan in the how\-to\-buy channel
   Open the **how\-to\-buy** channel and follow the instructions there\. You pick the plan, pay in crypto, and the payment is confirmed automatically\. When it goes through you receive a confirmation message that points you to the **Wallet Master\+** bot for the next step\.
   Keep that message; it is your proof of purchase if anything needs checking later\.
3. ### Verify with the bot
   The confirmation message directs you to the bot\. Activation happens in a direct message, not in a server channel:
   1. Open a direct message with **Wallet Master\+**\. Click the bot's name anywhere in the server, or search for it in Discord, and start a conversation\.
   2. Type `/verify` and send it\.
   3. The bot asks for your country of residence\. A field called `country` appears; start typing your country or pick it from the list, then press Enter\.
   That is it\. Your access is active and every bot command is available in that same direct message\.

   > Why the country? Current EU tax regulations require us to ask every customer to declare their country of residence, so we can handle our tax obligations correctly\. Your answer is used for nothing else\.
4. ### Log in to the Web App
   1. Go to [app\.walletmaster\.tools](https://app.walletmaster.tools)\.
   2. Click **Login with Discord** at the bottom of the sidebar\.
   3. Discord asks you to authorize **Wallet Master Auth**\. Review the request and click **Authorize**\.
   You land back in the Web App, logged in, with every tool your plan includes\. The [Quickstart](/quickstart) is a good next stop\.

## If something does not work

### The bot does not answer the /verify command

**The bot does not answer the ****`/verify`**** command**, or you see "Unknown integration", "Application does not respond", or the country list never appears\. Nearly every time this is a Discord privacy setting that blocks messages from bots and server members:

1. Open Discord **User Settings**, then **Privacy and Safety**\.
2. Under **Server Privacy Defaults**, switch on **Allow direct messages from server members**\.
3. If you first tried the command inside the server, right\-click the Wallet Master server icon, open **Privacy Settings**, and make sure **Direct Messages** is switched on there too\.

Then send `/verify` again in the direct message\.

### The Web App shows "This feature is available only to paid subscribers"

**The Web App shows "This feature is available only to paid subscribers"** on a page your plan should include\. Your access is not verified yet, or your subscription has lapsed\. Run `/verify` in the direct message with the bot, then reload the page\. If the overlay stays, check your plan and its renewal date in [Renewal and upgrading](/renewal-and-upgrading)\.

### The Wallet Database page is locked

**The Wallet Database page is locked** while everything else works\. The Wallet Database is part of the Wallet Database \+ API plan only\. See [Plans and what is included](/plans) to upgrade\.
